If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Absolutely!!  We have a very diverse group of individuals here at Bell Fitness.  We train all ages and fitness levels.  Modifications are provided for every exercise for those just beginning our program or if you have injuries that may prevent you from doing a particular movement.
Does it include a nutrition plan and consultation to help me get started?
Yes, before your first workout we will schedule a FREE consultation that includes a (beginning) weigh-in plus body assessment (and also a final weigh-in) on our InBody machine.  We will guide you with what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
What's the difference between this and Crossfit?
Crossfit is designed for performance only and our program is 100% designed to maximize fat loss.
